プライバシーを気にしない非都会的なスローライフをするグループにおすすめ
Positive: 三部屋あり、専用駐車場も用意されているのでレンタカーで回る家族旅行にはとても快適に過ごせます。ウォーターフロントからとても近いのでアクセスが楽でした。
Negative: バストイレが一緒で一つしかないので、大人数での旅行には不便でした。少なくてもバスとトイレを分けるもしくはトイレのみもう一箇所あると満点あげれると思います。
駐車場から部屋までスーツケースを持って階段を上がるのが大変でした。スロープが欲しかったです。
テレビが小さく、携帯からワイヤレスで繋ぐ事が出来ない古いタイプなので、全く使えませんでした。

Greenpoint
Positive: Inside looked good and clean.
Negative: The area was a little unsafe and the street parking on a very busy road looked quite insecure.Tge bunk bed was also a little flimsy for older children.

Positive: Host was friendly and communicative. Easy to access accommodation and nice and spacious.
Negative: The parking is a bit small for a large car (no problem for standard size cars). The main road can be quite noisy at night and mornings.
