Positive: Beautiful, spacious, airy rooms and wonderful kitchen facilities.
Negative: Noisy place with disturbances at night.
Parking was unsafe and inconvenient, difficult to navigate due to busy road. Hubcaps stolen on the first night. Location not as close to beach as advertised.

Greenpoint
Positive: Inside looked good and clean.
Negative: The area was a little unsafe and the street parking on a very busy road looked quite insecure.Tge bunk bed was also a little flimsy for older children.

Positive: Host was friendly and communicative. Easy to access accommodation and nice and spacious.
Negative: The parking is a bit small for a large car (no problem for standard size cars). The main road can be quite noisy at night and mornings.
