Miserable stay will NEVER book this place again !!! Positive: The place was well equipped with all the basic necessities, including cutlery, crockery, and essential appliances. There was ample seating for a family and a large screen TV for entertainment. Mr. Hendricks, the security guard, was extremely helpful and patient, while Cynthia was very friendly and welcoming. Bianca proved to be highly responsive—when we experienced a problem with the TV connection, she arrived within 15 minutes to resolve it. Negative: The internet connection cuts off when you are in the bedrooms, which makes it frustrating to stay connected. The surrounding area is extremely noisy and not suitable for families—it feels more like a place for friends who enjoy moving from one shebeen to another until morning. The noise runs from 20h00 until 06h00, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, there are mosquitos in the lift and parking area. The second lift only goes up to level 5 and does not reach level 8, which was inconvenient. The biggest challenge, however, was the deposit issue. On Booking.com, the breakage deposit was listed as R2000, payable in cash. But on arrival, they asked for a R5000 deposit to be paid online, plus a non-refundable processing fee of R100 to Truvi, and even offered protection insurance. When I questioned this, they revoked the deposit arrangement. I then sent a message to Bianca, asking her to come and take inventory so I could pay the R2000 deposit once acknowledged by both parties. She indicated that they had already taken photos, which felt unusual and left me uncomfortable.

Really comfy with 1 incredible view. Close to so many nice places in Cape Town and really good value for money. Definitely put this on your shortlist for an inner city apartment
