Exceptionally clean and amazing location. Fantastic apartment. Great value for money. 10 out of 10! Positive: Exceptionally clean and fantastic location. The place was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Has all the necessary amenities, a bonus of two balconies with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains, and is a 5 min walk to the ocean. The location and security are excellent. Close to the beaches, popular restaurants, and shops, and quiet in the evenings with comfortable beds so we always have a great sleep. The place is comfortable, professionally managed, and always to top standard. Security was great and smooth check in/check out process. No problems with building access. Communication with the hosts was fantastic, as per usual, and they are super helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. This is our favorite place to stay in Cape Town. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended! Negative: The place was perfect.

Beautiful and convenient place in a very safe neighborhood Positive: The security of the place , neighborhood safety, variety of supermarkets, and variety of restaurants within 100m . Just so close to the beach. We enjoyed night strolls as family and we felt safe . High speed internet available. Bonus - Lots of expensive luxurious cars around the neighborhood—that fascinated my teenager, who loves cars Negative: The rooms are rather on the small size but okay- and that cant be changed . Unfortunately, one of the cupboards where an electricity box is had roaches the rest of cupboards were okay . Too bad we opened that cupboard first, and it wasn't a great experience . Howveer the owner was kind enough to send someone to clean the following day but the cleaner still missed the cupboard

Great location Negative: Our family is very tall so we battled with the smaller beds. There is hardly any space to move in the bedrooms so we felt a little cramped.

Great location and comfortable apartment. Positive: Location, comfy beds, good showers, well stocked kitchen, reasonably priced. Negative: Decor was a bit stark and colourless, grey and black. Had a bit of difficulty accessing the property as we did not have Wi-Fi on our phones so relied on people to help us. We are an older couple and we are not used to doing things this way. Once in the property, owners were very available ( by message).

perfect place to stay for vacation Positive: Liked everything about the place and the location was perfect.. easy access to hip on hop off bus stop, supermarkets and the beach. well secured property with electric fence and security code required before entry. will definitely recommend and re-stay.
